Bilibili creator VoidTech paired a Huawei Qingyun W510 workstation — Kunpeng 920 (Armv8.2, 24 cores) — with Windows 11 ARM and lit up an RTX 4060. The recipe: patch the ACPI tables to boot the system, then extract the ARM64 Nvidia driver from the RTX Spark (Grace-Blackwell dev kit) software stack and side-load it. Windows recognized it as a WHQL-certified driver; hardware acceleration, DirectX 12, Vulkan, and CUDA all work.
Gaming numbers are throttled by Kunpeng 920 single-core plus x64 translation: Genshin Impact ~20 fps at 1080p, Black Myth: Wukong benchmark ~21 fps. Onboard NIC has no Windows driver; the GPU can't drive display directly (streaming only); kernel anti-cheat and CUDA apps have compat limits.
