Removal procedure

We accept removal requests in the following cases:

1. Copyright infringement: you are the rightsholder (or authorised agent) of cited material and consider our citation to exceed fair use
2. Trademark infringement: you are the trademark holder (or agent) and consider our use infringing
3. Defamation / privacy: factual errors or privacy intrusions in our coverage of you (natural or legal person)

Email per takedown contact with full details. We make an initial determination within 72 hours of a complete, reasonable request; meritorious requests result in removal or anonymisation.
